Prior to Real Estate, I worked with my family's construction company, Hearn Construction which was a construction company in the area for over 30+ years. Starting my career in Real Estate in 2014, I have closed many transactions ranging from New Home sales to Resales since 2016 when getting licensed. October 2017, I was awarded the CAR Rising Star Award, which is a huge honor for a newly licensed agent. Only 20 agents in all of California got it. In October 2018, I was awarded runner up for Solano's Best Of 2018 in the Real Estate agent category, August 2019, The Hearn Team was formed. January 2022, The Hearn Team was awarded Top Producing team of their brokerage of over 100 agents selling 22 million in sales volume, and runner up in units sold at 32 units. June 2022, I got my Guild, CHLMS designations for the luxury brand. Finding the perfect agent is important, it should be a win-win for all parties and I strive to make that the goal!
